La Junta de Andalucía aprueba el proyecto del colector de saneamiento de la zona este de Mijas.
• En menos de tres meses, incluyendo el mes de Agosto, la delegación de Fernando Fernández, anterior alcalde de Coín, ha aprobado este importante proyecto para Mijas.
• Este paso permitiría autorizar la construcción de viviendas en las urbanizaciones de esa zona, paralizadas desde hace años por la falta de esta infraestructura
Mijas, 2 de Septiembre de 2021. El delegado en Málaga de la consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, con competencias en este tipo de infraestructuras, confirmó ayer que se ha autorizado definitivamente este importante proyecto, que permitirá poner fin a una gran irregularidad, como fue la autorización de cientos de viviendas en la zona Este de Mijas sin la oportuna conexión al saneamiento.
Así lo ha manifestado hoy Carmen Márquez, concejala de Partido Popular en Mijas, quien considera un gran avance este paso. “Ahora hace falta que el gobierno municipal licite e inicie las obras cuanto antes, pues hay muchas familias esperando, y se podría generar mucha actividad económica”. Y es que debemos tener en cuenta que hay muchos propietarios que compraron parcelas hace ya años, y que no pueden construir porque el Ayuntamiento no les da licencia para ello, aunque el terreno sea urbano consolidado, y como tal les cobra los impuestos.
“No se trata de criticar lo que no se hizo en su momento, sino solucionar los problemas cuanto antes. Por eso, cuando el equipo de gobierno de Mijas nos pidió ayuda, hicimos todo lo necesario para que este proyecto no se eternizara en la Junta de Andalucía, tal y como pasaba en épocas anteriores”.
“Este proyecto, recibido en el Ayuntamiento el 31 de Marzo de 2021, fue enviado a la junta de Andalucía el 4 de Junio, se perdieron dos meses muy importantes” añadió la concejala Márquez, quien solicitó al Ayuntamiento máxima celeridad en la contratación de estas obras. Por último, solicitó al departamento de urbanismo que contemple la posibilidad de conceder ya las licencias de obra de viviendas en esta zona, condicionando su primera ocupación a la finalización de esta infraestructura tan necesaria.

«It is not a question of criticising what was not done at the time, but of solving the problems as soon as possible. That is why, when the Mijas government team asked us for help, we did everything necessary so that this project would not be delayed by the Junta de Andalucía, as happened in previous times.
«This project, received at the Town Hall on 31 March 2021, was sent to the Junta de Andalucía on 4 June, two very important months were lost,» added Councillor Márquez, who asked the Town Hall for maximum speed in the contracting of these works. Finally, she asked the town planning department to consider the possibility of granting building permits for housing in this area, making their first occupation conditional on the completion of this much-needed infrastructure.

– Dette skridt vil gøre det muligt at give tilladelse til opførelse af huse i de urbaniseringer i dette område, som har været lammet i årevis på grund af manglen på denne infrastruktur.

Dette blev i dag erklæret af Carmen Márquez, rådmand for Partido Popular i Mijas, som mener, at dette er et stort fremskridt. «Nu har vi brug for, at kommunalbestyrelsen sender et udbud og påbegynder arbejdet hurtigst muligt, da der er mange familier, der venter, og det kunne skabe en masse økonomisk aktivitet». Og vi skal huske på, at der er mange ejere, der har købt grunde for mange år siden, og som ikke kan bygge, fordi rådhuset ikke giver dem tilladelse til det, selv om grunden er konsolideret byjord, og som sådan pålægges de afgifter.
«Det drejer sig ikke om at kritisere det, der ikke blev gjort i sin tid, men om at løse problemerne så hurtigt som muligt. Derfor gjorde vi, da Mijas-regeringens team bad os om hjælp, alt det nødvendige for at dette projekt ikke skulle blive forsinket af Junta de Andalucía, som det er sket tidligere.
«Dette projekt, der blev modtaget på rådhuset den 31. marts 2021, blev sendt til Junta de Andalucía den 4. juni, to meget vigtige måneder gik tabt», tilføjede rådmand Márquez, der bad rådhuset om maksimal hastighed i forbindelse med indgåelsen af kontrakterne for disse arbejder. Endelig bad hun byplanlægningsafdelingen om at overveje muligheden for at udstede byggetilladelser til boliger i dette område og gøre deres første indflytning betinget af, at denne hårdt tiltrængte infrastruktur er færdiggjort.
